How are the products shipped?
All products are carefully packed in secure boxes, ensuring protection throughout transportation. They always come in their original packaging, with all accessories included.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been registered with the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number (shipping number). You can use this on the carrier's website to track the entire progress of your order.
What if delivery fails?
If you are not at home when the order is delivered, it will be sent to the nearest CTT post office. You have up to 5 working days to collect it. You can confirm the exact location on the CTT website using the tracking number.
Can I buy online and pick up at the physical store?
Yes! Just choose the “Pick up in store” option at checkout. When it’s ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
Products and Orders
Are the products new and original?
Yes. All the products we sell at DripClub are new and original.
As soon as they arrive at our facilities and before being shipped, they are carefully analyzed and checked to guarantee their authenticity and impeccable condition.
In specific cases, we may make available used items in excellent condition. Whenever this happens, this information will be clearly indicated in the title and description of the product.
What does a “made to order” product/size mean?
When an item or size appears as "made to order", it means it is not available for immediate shipping, but we may be able to get it specially made for you.
We work with exclusive and limited edition items, so the delivery time varies between 3 to 20 working days, depending on the availability and rarity of the product or the size you chose.
Important: As some of these products are quite difficult to find, there is a possibility that we may not be able to guarantee your order. In this case, we will contact you to offer you an alternative, such as choosing another item or receiving a full refund.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept the main methods:

- Klarna (3 interest-free payments)
- Payment on delivery (cash upon delivery)
How does payment with Klarna work?
Klarna allows you to pay for your order in 3 interest-free instalments . At checkout, choose this option and you will be redirected to complete the payment by card.
You pay 1/3 of the amount at the time of purchase, another 30 days later and the last payment after 60 days.
The order is sent normally, like any other order, you will not have to wait until the end of the installments
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it right away, check your spam folder.
I have questions about the size. What do I do?
Please check the Product Description available on each product page. If you still have questions, send us a message on Instagram or contact us directly via the website chat — we'll help you choose the right size.
Exchanges and Returns
How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange or return your item. The item must be exactly as you received it: without signs of use, with all tags and original packaging.
How can I return a product?
The process is simple — visit our Returns & Exchanges page on our website and follow the steps provided. If you have any questions, we’re always available by email or Instagram.
How does an exchange work?
To exchange an item, you must first return it. Once we receive it and verify that it is in perfect condition, a store credit will be issued. You can then place a new order in the desired size or model.
Do I have to pay shipping for an exchange or return?
Yes, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You can choose the carrier or shipping method you prefer — it doesn't have to be express service, as long as the item is well protected.
What if I no longer have the original box?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without the original packaging (box, pouch or bag). Items must be returned exactly as they were delivered.
How and when do I receive my refund?
After the return has been validated, and if you do not wish to make the exchange, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank.
What can lead to a return being rejected?
Some of the reasons may be:
- Item returned outside the 14-day period;
- Absence of safety box or original packaging;
- Product with signs of use, dirt, damage or altered packaging.
